Privacy Related Requests
If you are a Texas resident, you have the following rights:
- The Right to request confirmation from Selling.com, that we hold/processes personal information about you and to the extent we keep such information, a copy of your personal information held by Selling.com
- The right to request a correction of inaccuracies in your personal information held by Selling.com
- You have the right to request we delete the Personal Information we have collected about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Selling.com will endeavor to respond to all requests within 30 days. To respond to your requests to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete your personal data, we will need to verify your identity and/or authority to make such requests and access, receive, modify or delete such personal data.
When you submit a request, we will take steps to verify your identity. You are not required to create an account with us to submit a request. We may ask you to provide us with information about yourself in order to verify your identity. We will only use the personal information you provide in connection with identity verification to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request and whenever feasible, we will attempt to match the information you provide with information we may already have about you.
Decisions made by Selling.com pursuant to any above request may be appealed to Selling.com’s Privacy Officer by submitting a request to review the decision by mail at Attention Privacy Officer, Selling.com or by electronic mail at privacy@selling.com. Within 45 days of your submission (but no later than 60 days), we will inform you in writing of the appeal decision with an explanation of the reason for the decision. If your appeal is denied and you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of Virginia using the following link to submit a complaint:
